MovemberPI 2011

MovemberPI 2011 already started! We’re now on the second week of this Mo-growing charity event. Last year, we we’re able to raise over Php 30000.00 from registrations, donations, and sales of shirts. This year more Mo Bros and Sis joined the Mo Barkada and we’re hoping more would support the cause to raise prostate cancer awareness. Kudos to the sponsors who also participated in this event.

Although the month of Movember is over, Movember PI is still working on to promote prostate cancer awareness. In line with this, the Mo Barkada is selling shirts (just like the one above) for Php 500.00. Proceeds will go to the Subic-Olongapo Cancer Foundation, Inc. Get yours now and support the fight against prostate cancer.

PFC Ambulatory Medicine and Surgery Center has also agreed to Movember PI’s proposal of having discounted PSA tests. This test usually costs around Php 1500 – Php 2000 but may be availed for Php 475.00 for the whole month of December 2010. Check this Movember PI post for details.
