Rescue Chi-Chi the Panda and other endangered creatures from sea hazards on EnviroPop. This iOS game (coming soon on Android) is developed by AppLabs Digital Studios Inc in partnership with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF-Philippines).
Aiming to spread awareness on how to minimize the perils to marine life, the game requires users to tap and swipe three or more similar sea hazards like oil, cyanide, PET bottles, trawl nets, and dynamites to eliminate them in one minute. The more hazards eliminated, the higher you’ll score. The other characters that you need to save are Gary the Grouper, Bobby the Butanding, Dolly the Dolphin, Dougie the Dugong, Pattie the Pawikan, and Clara the Clown Fish. More information about these creatures are found in its website.
EnviroPop app comes in Lite and Full versions and are available for download on the iTunes App Store. The full version may be purchased for only $0.99 (around Php40.00). Proceeds from purchasing the full version will go directly to the marine conservation programs of WWF-Philippines.
This is a sure fun game that will also educate us about the featured sea creatures and the dangers they’re facing. Download and enjoy EnviroPop and be aware on how to save our endangered marine friends.
